
Truffles
1 ¼ c semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ c heavy cream
3 T infused butter
1 T orange zest
½ t orange oil (optional)
1/3 c coco powder
½ c toasted, finely chopped pecans
In a small saucepan or in microwave save container, bring heavy cream to simmer. Remove from heat.
Add butter and stir until butter is melted.
Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Pour cream buƩer mixture over chips. Allow to sit, without
sƟrring, for 2-3 minutes. Then sƟr unƟl chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
Add orange zest and orange oil if used.
Refrigerate mixture until moldable, approximately 2 hours.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in either coco powder or nuts.
Sprinkles or powdered sugar can also be used to coat the truffles.
If orange flavor isn’t your preference, feel free to use other fruit or nut flavors. (Raspberry is particularly
delicious.)
As always start with a small serving till you learn your tolerance to Cannabis infused food. Keep out of reach if children and pets
