Snickerdoobies
2 ¾ c all-purpose flour
1 t cream of tarter
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 c cannabutter
1 ½ c cannasugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 ½ t lemon juice
1/3 c sugar
2 T cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line Baking sheets with parchment and set aside. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and
cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
In medium bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl, cream together cannabutter & cannasugar unƟl light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and
lemon juice and mix to incorporate fully.
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until no dry flour remains.
Roll approximately 1 tablespoon of dough into a ball. Coat completely in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, unƟl the edges are lightly browned and set.
For a stronger cinnamon flavor, roll dough balls in just cinnamon, not the cinnamon sugar mix.
