
Chocolate, Cherry and Pistachio drops
1 c cannabutter
1 c cannasugar
¾ c brown sugar
2 t vanilla extract
¼ t cherry candy flavoring oil
2 eggs
2 ¾ c all-purpose flour
1 t baking soda
½ t baking powder
¾ c chopped dried cherries
¾ c honey roasted pistachios, chopped
2 c chocolate chips or chunks
Options for decorating: Prepared vanilla frosting and sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 2 large baking pans with parchment and set aside.
In bowl of stand mixer, cream together the cannabutter, cannasugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add
in vanilla and cherry extracts. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to sugar/butter/egg mixture
and mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated, scraping down the bowl as needed.
Stir in cherries, pistachios and chocolate by hand.
Drop by round Tablespoons onto prepared sheets. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
Cool on pans for 3 minutes before removing to a rack to cool completely.
Decorate if desired with prepared frosting and/or sprinkles.
As with all fused food start with small servings until you learn your tolerance. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
