I remember Kennedy funeral moon landing,Watergate but the historical Event I remember best was the right year. Strike, mostly because my dad was smack dab right in the middle of it He was union leader. In the steel workers and along with the teamsters the country was shut down my dad worked numerous jobs but still made time for my sibs and I sometimes seeming to much time for us.he also brought food and clothes too ,to families in our area in the picture of the end of the strike Jimmy Hoffa if holding my dad’s hand in victory only his hand made it in to the history books bthevrest of him was cut out of the picture
