Disclaimer this is not my story but that of my husband’s family and his mother’s Mac and Cheese I thought he was exaggerating about how bad his mother’s Mac and Cheese was, it was Mac and Cheese America’s comfort food how bad could it be. Then I had dinner with him and his mother, if anything he did not state just how bad it was. Her recipe was a layer of Macaroni then a layer of American cheese slice repeat for two more layers then a layer of cracker pieces , add two cups of skim milk cook in a oven at 425F .for about a half hour it was a hot mess . Here is a better Mac and Cheese

Certainly! Here’s a recipe for cannabis-infused mac and cheese:
Ingredients:
- 1 box of macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a combination of cheddar and mozzarella work well)
- 2 tablespoons cannabutter (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, or cooked bacon
Instructions:
- Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the cannabutter over medium heat.
- Add the flour to the melted cannabutter and stir continuously until it forms a paste-like consistency.
- Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheese to the sauce mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked macaroni pasta to the sauce and stir until well coated.
- If desired, pour the mac and cheese mixture into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, or cooked bacon.
- about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remember, if you’re using homemade cannabutter, be aware of the potency and adjust the amount used according to your preference and tolerance. Enjoy your cannabis-infused mac and cheese responsibly
