
Ever since Willie Wanka open his candy factory I wanted to do this
Objective: To create a professional cannabis-infused lollipop.
Ingredients:
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup corn syrup
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused oil (adjust strength according to preference)
– Food coloring (optional)
– Lollipop molds and sticks
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, corn syrup, and water.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
3. Attach a candy thermometer to the side of the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue boiling until the temperature reaches 300°F (150°C).
4. Once the desired temperature is reached, remove the saucepan from heat and allow it to cool for a couple of minutes.
5. Stir in the cannabis-infused oil and food coloring (if desired) until well combined.
6. Working quickly, pour the mixture into the lollipop molds, making sure to insert the sticks as well.
7. Let the lollipops cool and harden completely before removing them from the molds.
8. Store the cannabis-infused lollipops in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
